Cancelling an Order
Once an order is placed it will be processed and dispatched on the same day (Monday – Friday) in the vast majority of instances as part of our excellent, high standard of service. Unfortunately this means that should you wish to cancel or change an order after placing it, it may not be possible to prevent it from being dispatched. If you do find that you need to cancel or change an order please contact us at wheresmyorder@procook.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has not arrived on the date specified please wait 48 hours before contacting us at wheresmyorder@procook.co.uk
Returns Policy
While we endeavour to maintain historical records of all our customers' online transactions we ask all customers (both online and in store) to retain proof of purchase in the form of invoice or till receipt as this will be required in the event of any returns subsequently made during the guarantee period. Please note that any returns taken into our stores will require proof of purchase in all instances.
Purchases made instore
Please be aware that if the item(s) which you wish to return were purchased instore you should contact the store from where the item(s) were purchased in the first instance. Store contact details can be found at http://www.procook.co.uk/stores.html
Purchases made online
30-day money back guarantee
If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase you may return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Please call our Customer Services team on 0844 88 88 380 or email info@procook.co.uk to authorise your return.
Returned items must be sent to us un-used and within the original packaging together with a copy of your invoice. On receipt of authorised returns we will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping, but will not refund the return shipping of the goods.
Faulty goods during the first 30 days
If your purchase arrives and is faulty then you may return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please call our Customer Services team on 0844 88 88 380 or email info@procook.co.uk to authorise your return.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice together with a request for a replacement, repair or full refund. We will reimburse the cost of return shipping for faulty goods PROVIDED you have contacted us to authorise the return using our carrier service.
Faulty goods outside the 30-day period within guarantee period
If your purchase develops a fault subsequent to the 30 day money back guarantee period, please call our Customer Services team on 0844 88 88 380 or email info@procook.co.uk to authorise and arrange your return.
At our discretion we will repair or replace them and will also refund the return shipping of these goods if found faulty, PROVIDED you have contacted us to authorise the return using our carrier service.
If an item is returned that doesn't adhere to the above guidelines, ProCook reserve the right to decline a refund on the item(s).
