Delivery Information
Delivery Charges
We’ve tried to keep delivery charges as
simple as possible, making it easier for you (and for us).
As standard we offer next day delivery on in-stock items
ordered before the cut-off point which we believe is superb service.*/
On orders up to £75 in value we charge
just £4.95 delivery regardless what size, weight or
quantity or items you order.
On orders over £75 in value we offer FREE
delivery regardless what size, weight or quantity or items you
order.
Please be aware that if you live further a field
such as the Scottish Highlands, then due to higher courier costs we
charge £19.95 as standard. If your order is over £75
(excluding delivery costs) then as a small thank you we’ll
waive £4.95 from the charge and only charge you £15.00.
Delivery Times and Options
We offer next day delivery as standard on all
items (excluding blocks and trolleys) which we believe, is superb
service. This applies on orders placed Monday – Thursday before
the advertised cut-off time, on in-stock items. We don’t
currently offer a Saturday delivery.
We do understand that being made to stay at home
to receive a delivery can be very inconvenient though. To make
receiving your delivery as straightforward as possible at the time of
placing your order you can specify an alternative delivery
address. This may be your place of work or maybe a friend or
relative who is able to accept delivery. You can also add delivery
notes to your order when placing it. This may be to specify
leaving it in a shed, garage or anywhere else near to your home
(within 50m) where you are happy that it will be safe until you get
home.
Delivery Areas
Currently we only offer delivery to the UK Mainland. If you’d like to order from NI, Isle Man, Isle of Wight or elsewhere please contact our Customer Services team using info@procook.co.uk
Recycling Electrical Equipment
Why
is ProCook® involved?
Recycling
facilities are now available for all customers who choose to buy new,
replacement electrical goods from our company for the disposal of
their old electrical products. This is a requirement under UK and
European legislation (The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment –
or WEEE – Directive). The aim of the legislation is to;
Make
good use of the materials that make up old electrical equipment by
recycling rather than disposing in landfill.
Prevent
the negative environmental effects of sending often hazardous
electrical equipment to landfill.
As a conscientious
business, ProCook® has chosen to group together with other
retailers in joining the ‘Distributor Take Back Scheme’.
Through this scheme, we are contributing financially towards the
provision of improved of recycling facilities for our customers.
