We offer a next day courier service which is free when you spend £60 (excluding postage) or over and £4.95 for all orders below. All deliveries are fully trackable with fill SMS and email notifications. You can also arrange to have your delivery made to a local Post Office via Convenient Collect, which has a £1 surcharge. Next Day Courier Delivery Information:

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 5pm Sunday - Friday will be received the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the next day except on Fridays, these will be dispatched on Sunday. Some 'out of area' postcodes may not receive a next-day service - click here for details.
Weekend orders placed before 5pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. There is no additional surcharge for this service and it is free when you spend £60.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email notification when your order leaves ProCook. This email contains a tracking link so you can check the progress of your delivery. If you provide a mobile number during the checkout process (highly recommended) you will also receive SMS notifications of your order's progress and our courier will be able to contact you in the event of a problem.

Do I have to wait in for delivery?

No. Our courier requires a signature as proof of delivery and will therefore endeavour to deliver to you personally at the provided address. If unable to obtain a signature at that address they will endeavour to obtain one at an address nearby, a neighbour for example. If this is the case, a card will be put through your letterbox indicating where the goods have been delivered and you will receive an email notification and (if you have provided a mobile number) an SMS notification indicating where your goods have been delivered.
If it is not possible for our courier to obtain a signature at an address nearby, they will re-attempt delivery to you on two more occasions (usually the following days) before the goods are returned to the local depot. Goods returned to the local depot will be held for five working days before being returned to ProCook.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery to the UK mainland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. If you'd like to order for delivery to a location outside these areas, we can help. Please contact our Customer Care Team via info@procook.co.uk or 0330 100 1010

Can you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver to any address you specify at the checkout except PO Boxes. Please be aware that your order will be subject to additional security checks if the delivery and billing addresses are different.

Do you deliver to BFPO?

Yes, please ensure you provide clear details of the specific recipient including regimental information to prevent the parcel being misdirected.

Convenient Collect

If you would prefer to have your parcel delivered to one of 10,000 local Post Offices, you can choose Convenient Collect at the checkout. Your goods will be dispatched by ParcelForce and will arrive at your selected Post Office branch the next working day (see delivery schedule below). Post Office opening hours will be displayed during the checkout process and a tracking link will be emailed to you once the goods are despatched.

Please note that you will need a copy of the order confirmation (physical or electronic) and a form of identification in order to collect your goods.
