Delivery Charges

We've tried to keep delivery charges as simple as possible, making it easier for you (and for us). When you enter your product choice into the basket our system will work out the weight of the items and take into account your postcode before offering you the relevant choice of carrier options.

If your product weighs less than 1kg and you live in mainland areas then you will be offered a choice of next day, 2 - 3 day or specified date* delivery on in-stock items ordered before the cut-off point.

If your product weighs more than 1kg and you live in mainland areas then you will be offered a choice of next day or specified date* delivery on in-stock items ordered before the cut-off point.

For orders to UK mainland locations and up to £100 in value we charge just £4.95 delivery regardless what size, weight or quantity or items you order unless you opt for specified date* delivery.

On orders over £100 in value we offer FREE delivery regardless what size, weight or quantity or items you order unless you opt for specified date* delivery.

For UK mainland locations where you wish to specify a delivery date we charge an additional £1 regardless of product weight. This charge applies to all orders regardless of the order value.

Please be aware that if you live further afield such as the Scottish Highlands, then we still only charge the same delivery charges (£4.95 for orders up to £100) but we can only offer a 2 - 3 day service. If your order is over £100 delivery is free. Unfortunately we do not offer the specified date service for orders going to further afield locations.

Delivery Times and Options

We offer next day delivery as per above for orders placed Monday - Thursday before the advertised cut-off time on in-stock items. We don't currently offer a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday delivery.

We do understand that being made to stay at home to receive a delivery can be very inconvenient though. To make receiving your delivery as straightforward as possible at the time of placing your order you can specify an alternative delivery address. This may be your place of work or maybe a friend or relative who is able to accept delivery. You can also add delivery notes to your order when placing it. This may be to specify leaving it in a shed, garage or anywhere else near to your home (within 50m) where you are happy that it will be safe until you get home

Delivery Areas

Currently we only offer delivery to the UK mainland. If you'd like to order from NI, Isle Man, Isle of Wight or elsewhere outside of UK mainland areas please contact our Customer Services team using info@procook.co.uk

Loss & Damage in Transit

If you do not receive your parcel within 3 working days of placing your order please notify ProCook immediately so that we can investigate what has happened and ensure you receive your goods without delay.

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours so that we can rectify this fault.

Recycling Electrical Equipment

Why is ProCook® involved?

Recycling facilities are now available for all customers who choose to buy new, replacement electrical goods from our company for the disposal of their old electrical products. This is a requirement under UK and European legislation (The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment – or WEEE – Directive). The aim of the legislation is to;

• Make good use of the materials that make up old electrical equipment by recycling rather than disposing in landfill.

• Prevent the negative environmental effects of sending often hazardous electrical equipment to landfill.

As a conscientious business, ProCook® has chosen to group together with other retailers in joining the ‘Distributor Take Back Scheme’. Through this scheme, we are contributing financially towards the provision of improved of recycling facilities for our customers.
