Each piece has been skillfully crafted to our own proven specification with finest quality X50 German stainless steel. The blades are stone ground and tapered through their entire depth for exceptional cutting efficiency, featuring a rear bolster for optimum weight balance and an angled front bolster to allow for full length sharpening. Comprising an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55+2, incorporating 0.5% carbon for exceptional hardness and 15% chrome combined with Molybdenum and Vanadium for ultimate corrosion resistance. Not recommended for dishwasher use. Supplied in a solid wooden block which may have slight imperfections adding to the unique charm of the product, thanks to its handcrafted construction.
