Banana Flambe
Ingredients;
4 Firm Bananas
Juice of one Orange
40g Unsalted Butter
50g Caster Sugar
40ml
Rum
120g Apricot Jam
Method;
Peel the bananas & slice in half
lengthways
Put orange juice, butter & jam in a
saucepan, bring to the boil
Add the bananas and heat through
Warm the rum, pour over the bananas and
ignite
Serve immediately with a good quality
vanilla ice cream
