Chicken Stir Fry


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts
2 disks egg noodles
1 large red pepper
1 large yellow pepper
4 large mushrooms
1 pack bean sprouts
1 large onion
 sesame oil
 soy sauce
½ beef stock cube
1 pak choi, roughly chopped

Preparation Method

Heat sesame oil in a large wok.

 

Chop up onion and start to fry then add chicken.

 

Fry until cooked and golden - don't burn the onion! At this point put the noodles in a separate pan to cook with water and a little soy sauce.

 

Add pak choi, bean sprouts, mushrooms and peppers (cut up nice and chunky).

 

Make up stock with a tiny drop of water and add to pan with soy sauce.

 

Add the noodles and stir it all together.
