1. Put the thinly sliced beef in a bowl with the soy sauce, red chilli,
garlic, 5 spice and ginger. Stir so beef is coated and then cover and leave to
one side.
2. Heat up some oil in a wok (if required) and then add all the veg, put the
mushrooms in last once the leeks have softened as they don't need as long.
3. Once the veg is cooked remove from the wok, add a little more oil to the wok
(if required) then cook your beef until browned on the outside. Then add the
veg and heat everything through.
4. Add a little more soy sauce and then serve with noodles.
Tips
Make sure
your oil is really hot and keep stirring everything so it doesn't burn.
