Preparation Method
Pre-heat oven to 190 °C / 375 °F / Gas 5. Cream the sugar and butter. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Halve the mixture and then shape into 24 balls Place on a lined baking sheet and press them lightly to form a circle shape. Bake for 10 minutes then leave to cool.
