10 minute steak and noodles

Ingredients
200g rump steak 200g pak choi 1 red pepper, seeded 2tbsp sunflower oil 100g stir fry sauce of your choice 300g egg noodles |

Preparation Method Trim any fat off the steak then slice into thin strips. Cut each head of pak choi lengthways into four and then dice the pepper into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the pepper and fry for 1 minute. Add the beef and fry until it is browned. Tip in the pak choi and cook until it starts to wilt.
Stir in your chosen sauce with 2 tablespoons of water then bring to the boil. Stir in the noodles and cook on a high heat until warmed through.
Serve immediately. |
