4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp dried onion flakes ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 2 tsp dried thyme 1 tbsp sunflower oil |

Preparation Method Dry the chicken breasts with kitchen paper, then cut diagonal slashes over the smooth top side. Mix the paprika, onion flakes, cayenne pepper and thyme together then tip onto a plate. Brush the chicken breasts on both sides with the oil, then coat all over with the spice mix. Heat a barbecue or griddle pan then cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. |
