Chilli Prawns with Linguine

Ingredients 2 garlic cloves, crushed 50g butter 1 red chilli, finely chopped 1 onion, chopped 225g tiger prawns, peeled Juice of 1 lemon Handful of parsley, chopped Handful of coriander, chopped Handful of dill, chopped 200g linguine Olive oil Salt and Pepper to taste |

Preparation Method
Brown the garlic in the butter with the red chilli and onion.
Stir in the prawns, lemon juice, coriander, parsley and dill then mix.
Cook for 3-4 minutes then serve over the freshly cooked linguine with a dash of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 2 as a main course or 4 as a starter.
