Our top of the range Titanium cookware has been specially developed for ProCook®, delivering the ultimate in non-stick technology. Cast from aluminium with 8mm thermocore, buckle-proof bases for even heat distribution and outstanding, energy efficient, heat retention, the entire, generously sized range features revolutionary Titanium Alpha 2000 non-stick bonded coating. Created by firing titanium oxide onto the pan surface at 4000’C at 700mph (Mach 1) to achieve level 9 on the hardness scale (only exceeded by diamonds, at level 10), Titanium offers unprecedented non-stick and scratch resistance. With self-basting, domed, glass lids to retain juices and flavour whilst allowing for viewing the contents, and extra long, stay-cool handles with integral hanging loops, Titanium cookware is completely ovenproof up to 260 degrees and is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and solid fuel cookers but not induction. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
