Designed by Robert Welch MBE, the ProCook V Sharpener features 2 spring loaded, miniature, intersecting butchers steels set at the optimum sharpening angle and which rotate under pressure. Suitable for sharpening both plain and serrated blades it is capable of reviving all manner of blunt knives including scissors and cleavers, and comes with the added confidence of a lifetime guarantee on the mechanism and one year guarantee on the revolving blades. Requires no batteries or electricity and is constructed in Sheffield from cast aluminium with a silver finish. Replacement blades are available separately. 12.5cm long x 10.5cm high.
