Contract creation and electronic contracting

Contract cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this
contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no
longer than 30 days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to
order despatch, click on the link and follow the procedure set out in
the returns policy.

ProCook® Gift
Vouchers
1. ProCook® vouchers
can be exchanged for goods in all ProCook® shops, and can
also be used to purchase goods online at www.procook.co.uk or over
the telephone from ProCook® .
2. Gift vouchers may
not be used for magazine subscriptions.
3. Gift vouchers may not
be exchanged for cash.
4. If the goods purchased online total
less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be left as
a credit for you with ProCook® and will be redeemed
against subsequent orders.
5. When redeeming gift vouchers online
or over the telephone you will be required to give the serial number
of the voucher, and the online security code.
6. If the security
code has already been used for shopping online or over the telephone
the voucher will be void. If your gift vouchers become accidentally
damaged, please contact Customer Services.
7. If you have to
return goods you have purchased online using gift voucher/s, then in
most instances we will credit your online shopping account against
further purchases. You may also return goods to any ProCook®
shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3.Cannot be used towards
online or catalogue purchases.

be redeemed against goods subject to a purchase over an amount stated
on the voucher.
5.The discount voucher will
only be accepted in its original, unaltered state.
6.The discount voucher is
non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
7.The discount voucher is
subject to an expiry date, detailed on the voucher.
8.Terms & Conditions are
subject to change without notice, changes will be promptly posted on

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
