Searching
We have made searching our site as easy as easy as possible, you can either browse for items by product categories, or by brand on the lefthand menu. But if you can't find a particular item try searching for it in the search box at the top of any page, you can simply put in a word that describes the item or if you know the reference number you can also use that. You'll then be taken to the results page, click on the item, you'll be taken to the products page of the item.
If however you're still having trouble locating a particular product please let us know. If we don't sell it, we'll try to track it down for you and let you know when it will be available.
Product Information
We try to include as much product information as possible about all the items for sale on our site including where applicable, dimensions and weight. You can click on any image to enlarge it. We also display whether an item is in stock ready for dispatch and expected delivery time. If you have any questions about an item that isn't answered in a product information page then please email or call us.
Pricing Policy
The vast majority of our products are sourced by us direct from the factory. We do this to cut out the
"middle man" and pass the savings directly on to you. The High Street price you see
refers to the current price in our Basingstoke store. The discounts and savings shown are in relation to this
High Street price.
Free Gifts & Promotions
To try and offer you more value we often run promotions. A favourite is the Free Gift, which we offer when you spend over a certain amount. The spend threshold for the free gift is clearly labelled on the homepage (see example below left) and excludes delivery charges. If you haven't spent enough to qualify for your free gift it will tell you in your basket how much more you would need to spend to be eligible (see below right)

We also run other promotions occasionally including "Buy Two, Get One Free", "Three For the Price of Two", "Buy Any 5 for ?29.95" etc. When one of these promotions is running please be very careful about adding everything you expect to receive into your basket. Your basket will then calculate and display any discounts due. We won't ship any items which aren't shown in your basket, so if it isn't in there, recheck the promo. As an example, in a "Buy Two, Get One Free" promotion you would need to add all three items into the basket, it would then automatically recalculate the total so that the cheapest priced item was shipped free.
Promo Codes
Sometimes we offer Promo Codes. These may be sent to ProCook® email subscribers, or distributed through partner websites. You may also sometimes you may find them in magazines. They’re very simple to use. When you find the code it will be explained to you the name of the code, the offer the code can be used against and the time period it can be used within.

To take advantage of the code simply add the relevant products to the basket and proceed to checkout. At the checkout you’ll find the box above where you can enter the code. If the code is valid the checkout will update and display the saving you have made – simple!
The Basket
It's really straightforward to use! Once you've found the product you want simply click on the plus or minus buttons in the summary section as shown below to add or remove quantities to your basket.

Once you've added an item(s) to your basket you'll notice that your basket is then displayed in the top right hand corner of the product pages (See below). This will show you the total cost of your shopping so far including, if applicable any delivery charges. It will also display whether you qualify for any free gifts or discounts against current promotions. Finally it will tell you how long you have left to complete the order before the cut-off point for next day delivery.
If you need to delete any items from your basket you can either click on the individual item and then use the plus or minus buttons again to update quantities, or click the basket option on the top bar menu where you can directly add, update or delete quantities.
The Checkout
Once you've finished all your shopping and it is in the basket you can proceed to the checkout.
After clicking on either the checkout button
at the top of the page or the one in your basket you'll be asked for your email address. If you've previously created an account then you'll just need to enter your password to proceed. If you haven't previously created an account then you'll need to fill in a few details including name and address. This will help later on as you won't need to re-key your contact and address details.
Once you've logged in you'll find this screen below.
This first section will confirm the cardholders address as the billing address. Its important that the correct address is entered here else payment will not be processed later on.
Remember you can change the delivery address though and add it to the right hand box in this section.
The next section (below) allows you to add any special delivery instructions you'd like left with our courier. It may be that you have a friend next door who takes in parcels for you, or perhaps you leave a shed unlocked and are happy to have your delivery left there. Just type a brief message and we'll try our best as long as it's within 50 metres of the house.
We also ask that if you've received a catalogue from us and it's the reason why you're ordering that you enter the reference code for us.

Finally at the bottom of this section you'll see a summary of your order again including any delivery costs, free gifts and promotion discounts.
Once you're completely happy with your order (and have read our T&Cs) you can then complete your order. You'll then leave our site and be transferred to our Barclays Secure Payment site. This is a world-class, secure online service for card payment authorisation removing any worries you may have about purchasing securely online.

Creating and using an Account
In order to place an order you need to create an account. This is straightforward to complete and only requires that you fill in your name, address and mailing preferences. With an account setup you then have access to your order history, can update your contact details and your mailing preferences as shown below -

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo, Switch and all major debit cards.
All payments are made through our Barclays Secure Payment site, this is a world-class, secure online service for card payment authorisation removing any worries you may have about purchasing online. Payment is taken at the point you confirm your order within the Barclays system.
Due to security reasons unfortunately we can only accept payment from cards registered to a UK address.
Tracking Orders
Once you have placed your order and completed payment you will receive an automated email confirming we have received your order and are processing it.
You'll then receive a further automated email when your order is dispatched. This email will contain your consignment number and a link to the Business Post website where you can track progress of your order.
Within "My Orders" section of "My Account" at our site you can also view the status of any order.
If there are any issues with an outstanding order we will continue to keep you updated regarding its status via automated emails and/or telephone where required.
