We have made searching our site as easy as possible, You can either browse for items by product type (category), or by brand using the menu on the left hand side. But if you can't find a particular item try searching for it in the search box at the top of any page. Simply type in a word that describes the item or, if you know it, you can use the product code. You'll then be taken to the results page and you can click on the item for more information.

If you're still having trouble locating a particular product please let us know. Just call us on 0330 100 1010 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we will be happy to assist.

Product Information

We try to include as much product information as possible about all the items for sale on our website including, where applicable, dimensions and weight. You can click on any image to enlarge it. We also display whether an item is in stock ready for despatch or, if out of stock, the date when it is due back in. If you have any questions about an item that isn't answered in a product information page then please email or call us.

Pricing Policy

The vast majority of our products are sourced by us direct from the factory. We buy this way to cut out the "middle man" and pass these savings directly on to you. The High Street price you see refers to the current price in our Basingstoke store. The discounts you see on our website refer to this High Street price.

We do not automatically price match as most products for sale are our own exclusive brand. However, if you see a similar product of equal quality at a cheaper price elsewhere we will refund the difference subject to a valid receipt of purchase. This does not apply to products sold by other online retailers and is valid for 30 days from original purchase.

Free Gifts & Promotions

To offer even more value to our customers we often run promotions. Promotions may take the form of a free gift, a special discount, free standard postage or special product offers. Promotions may be available when you spend over a certain amount and may only be available for a limited period. Where a promotion is available for customers who spend over a specific amount this will exclude delivery charges.

We also run other promotions occasionally, including "Buy Two, Get One Free", "Three For the Price of Two", "Buy Any 5 for £29.95" etc. When one of these promotions is running please be very careful about adding everything you expect to receive into your basket. Your basket will then calculate and display any discounts due. We won't ship any items which aren't shown in your basket, so if it isn't in there, recheck the promo. As an example, in a "Buy Two, Get One Free" promotion you would need to add all three items into the basket which will then automatically recalculate the total so that the cheapest priced item is shipped free.

Promo Codes

Sometimes we offer Promo Codes. These may be sent to ProCook email subscribers, or distributed through partner websites. You may also sometimes find them in magazines. They're very simple to use: you will be provided with a code e.g GLOC10 which you can use for a stated period of time to make use of the offer.

To take advantage of the code simply add the relevant products to the basket and proceed to checkout. At the checkout you'll find the box where you can enter the code e.g GLOC10.

Once you've found the item(s) you want, simply click on the BUY NOW button in the summary section as shown below to add quantities to your basket.

Adding a product to the basket

Once you've added an item(s) to your basket you'll notice that your basket is then displayed in the top right hand corner of the product pages (see below). This will show you the total cost of your shopping so far including delivery charges. It will also display whether you qualify for free delivery.

If you need to delete any items from your basket simply click on the REMOVE button alongside the individual item in the basket summary box.

The Checkout

Once you've finished all your shopping and it is in the basket you can proceed to the checkout.

After clicking on either the checkout button at the top of the page or the one in your basket Checkout button you'll be asked for your email address.

If you've previously created an account then you'll just need to enter your password to proceed.

If you haven't previously created an account then you will be taken to another screen where you will be asked to create an account password and then you will need to fill in a few details including name, email address & contact telephone number.

Once you've logged in you'll find this screen below. You will be asked to confirm delivery details and options. Remember you can change the delivery address at this stage.

Delivery Options

In this section shown below you will be able to view the different delivery options that might be available to you depending on the weight and quantity in your order and your delivery location. You may see delivery options like: Royal Mail Tracked, Next day Courier & Named Day Delivery (Additional Cost £1).

You can also add any specific delivery instructions you'd like left with our courier. It may be that you have a friend next door who takes in parcels for you, or perhaps you leave a shed unlocked and are happy to have your delivery left there. Just type a brief message and we'll try our best as long as it's within 50 metres of the house.

Review Order

The next section will confirm the Delivery Details & Card Holder Details. It is important that the correct address is entered here for the Card Holders Details or payment will not be processed later on. Finally at the bottom of this section you'll see a summary of your order again including any delivery costs, free gifts and promotion discounts. Remember to tick your preferences for mailing options at this point too.

Once you're completely happy with your order (and have read our T&Cs) you can then continue with your order by clicking Payment Details. Our secure payment checkout page will then appear as below. This is a world-class, secure, online service for card payment authorisations removing any worries you may have about purchasing securely online.

Enter your payment details here and check them through before clicking Make Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Solo, Switch and all major debit cards. Payment is taken at the point you confirm your order. Due to security reasons unfortunately we can only accept payment from cards registered to a UK address.

Please do not click refresh as it may take a few moments to authorise and process the transaction.

What happens next & tracking orders

Once you have placed your order and completed payment you will receive an automated email confirming we have received your order and are processing it.

You'll then receive a further automated email when your order is despatched. This email will contain your consignment number and a link to the page where you can track progress of your order.

Within "My Order History" section of "My Account" on our site you can also view the status of any order.

If there are any issues with an outstanding order we will continue to keep you updated regarding its status via automated emails and/or telephone where required.

Creating and using an Account

In order to place an order you need to create an account but you can create an account even if you do not wish to purchase from us immediately. This is straightforward to complete and only requires that you fill in your name, address and mailing preferences. With an account set up you then have access to your order history and can manage or update your contact details and your mailing preferences as shown below -
