**DPD Pickup
You'll receive an email or text message with your Pickup Pass and details of your chosen Pickup shop, with the shop's address and opening times. Please ensure you have your Pickup Pass and some Photo ID with you in order to pick up your parcel. If you aren't able to take your Pickup Pass either printed or on your smartphone, you'll need 2 forms of ID - your passport or driving licence and a utility bill.

Delivery FAQs

  • Can you deliver to my work address?Open or Close

    We can deliver to any address you specify at the checkout except PO Boxes. Please be aware that your order will be subject to additional security checks if the delivery and billing addresses are different.

  • Can I track my order?Open or Close

    All our orders are tracked. Please refer to our table for links to tracking information, or call our Customer Service Team for more support on 0330 100 1010.

  • Do I need to sign for my delivery?Open or Close

    For our 1-2 Day and Next day delivery services no signature is required. If you are not in the courier will attempt to deliver the goods to a neighbour. If a neighbour is not available, the goods will be taken to the local collection depot where you can pick them up at your convenience. For DPD Pickup and International delivery please refer to the table above or call Customer Service on 0330 100 1010.

  • What do I do if my order
    has not arrived?Open or Close

    If your order has not been delivered within the schedule specified on our delivery page and you have not received an email or SMS update, the first thing to do is check your order's progress via the tracking link in your confirmation email. This email is sent out as soon as you complete your order. If the tracking link does not establish your order's location or your order have been misdirected, please contact our Customer Service Team via care@procook.co.uk or 0330 100 1010.

Returns

All orders with ProCook are covered by a 30 day, no-quibble, money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return items bought in store or online to any of our UK stores or direct to our Customer Service Team. We are happy to refund goods which are returned within 30 days from date of purchase provided they are unused, in their original packaging and with a valid proof of purchase.

    You can return ProCook items to any of our UK stores within 30 days from date of purchase provided they are unused, in their original packaging and with a valid proof of purchase (either a store receipt, email receipt or order confirmation email).

    We are happy to refund or exchange goods purchased online in any of our stores.

  • Returning items via post or courierOpen or Close

    You can return items purchased both online and in store to our Customer Service Team providing you have a valid proof of purchase. Call us on 0330 100 10 10 or email care@procook.co.uk to arrange a return.

    Please note that we do not refund the original or return postage costs for unwanted goods.

  • Can I change my order after
    I have placed it?Open or Close

    No, unfortunately not. Because we aim to process your order and deliver it quickly, it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed.

  • Do I need to keep my receipt?Open or Close

    While we endeavour to maintain historical records of all our customers' online transactions, we ask all customers (both online and in store) to retain proof of purchase in the form of invoice or till receipt, as this will be required in the event of any returns subsequently made during the guarantee period. Please note that any returns taken into our stores will require proof of purchase in all instances.

  • Faulty goodsOpen or Close

    If your goods are faulty upon delivery or develop a fault within the first 30 days, we will refund or replace them free of charge, including the cost of shipping the replacement goods. Please note that you must notify our Customer Service Team of the fault inside the 30 day period via care@procook.co.uk or by calling 0330 100 1010.

    If you do not notify our Customer Service Team within the 30 day period your guarantee may be void. If your goods develop a fault after 30 days please refer to our guarantee page.

  • GuaranteesOpen or Close

    All ProCook products have guarantee periods of between 12 months and 25 years and, if faulty, can be returned for a replacement within this period. Please refer to our guarantee information for details of your guarantee length.

    If you feel your goods have developed a fault within the guarantee period, please contact our Customer Service Team via care@procook.co.uk or 0330 100 1010, ideally providing a photograph of the fault. In the event of an individual item within a set being faulty, we will replace the specific item, not the entire set.
