Product Description

ProCook Carbon Steel Frying Pan

28cm

This 28cm frying pan is a great family size.

Our robust carbon steel frying pans have incredibly fast heat distribution and offer fantastic value for money. Made from spun carbon steel, the pans feature a classic design with gently sloping sides and a simple rivetted handle with integral hanging hole for easy storage. The pans are finished oustide with a smart grey silicone coating. The interiors are covered in a double layer of PFOA free silicone non-stick coating which offers fantastic non-stick release.

Due to the exceptionally fast heat distribution our carbon steel frying pans do not need a high heat source to reach temperature and actually require a low to medium heat for the best performance and to maintain the non-stick coating.

The frying pan is oven safe to 260°C and dishwasher safe. Not suitable for induction hobs or hot plate hobs.
