ProCook Ceramic Saucepan
16cm / 1.8L
With a special ceramic coating reinforced with titanium, our ceramic cookware requires significantly less oil to cook with and boasts a robust scratch resistant surface.
The ProCook Ceramic range also has environmental benefits. During the manufacturing process, the curing temperature of a ceramic pan is much lower than traditional nonstick cookware, using less energy, and so reducing the impact on the planet.
Forged from a 5mm thick heavy-duty aluminium disc to offer even heat distribution and featuring a full edge-to-edge stainless steel base the ProCook Ceramic 16cm Saucepan is guaranteed to last over prolonged use and ensures full compatibility with all hob types including induction.
It also features comfortable stainless steel CoolTouch® handles, riveted for extra strength allowing for direct transferal from hob to oven and is dishwasher and oven safe to 260C.
*Handles will get hot in oven or on high gas flame.

Care Instructions: Ceramic Cookware
Our ProCook Ceramic range is loved by discerning chefs and occasional cooks alike!
Getting the most from your Ceramic Cookware:
Before first use
Wash the pan in hot water and dry thoroughly
Season the surface by lightly rubbing cooking oil onto the non-stick surface and heat the pan over a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes
When the pan cools, sponge it with a mild detergent in warm water and rinse the surface clean
You are now ready to cook with you ProCook Ceramic Pan!
General care instructions
Always use a low or medium heat when cooking food. This not only helps preserve the non-stick coating, but also helps preserve the natural nutrients in the food
Do not overheat an empty pan. Always add water, oil or food prior to heating
Cooking with oils is not required but if some oil is desired we recommend using oils with a low smoke point such as refined olive oil, peanut oil or corn oil. Do not use extra virgin olive oil or cooking sprays as these cannot withstand high heating and will leave a thin layer on your non-stick
Do not use metal utensils on the non-stick surface as these can scratch the surface. We recommend using wooden, plastic or silicone utensils to prolong the life of the coating.Always allow the pan to cool completely before immersing in water.
The pan is dishwasher safe, but the lifespan of the coating can be prolonged with hand washing in warm soapy water and drying immediately with a soft towel. Never use steel wool or nylon scrubbing pads in the cleaning process. For best results we recommend using a soft cloth or sponge
Forged from a heavy duty aluminium disc offering superlative distribution of heat, Full edge to edge, stainless steel base combines extreme hardwearing properties ensuring full compatibility with all hob types including induction.
Titanium reinforced ceramic coating provides higher durability and superior abrasion resistance.
Ergonomic stainless steel handles stay cool on the hob & oven safe to 260o C
The application process of the ceramic coating allows a lower curing temperature than traditional PTFE non-stick saving energy - better for the planet!
The ceramic coating is also free of PFOA, lead and cadmium and provides a superior non-stick release with a stain resistant high gloss finish.
Following these steps will help extent the lifespan of your pan and ensure that you are able to enjoy using your ProCook Ceramic for years to come!
