Our Heavy Gauge Enamel range is the very best in roasting ware. Designed and made in the UK, the quality of this range is incredible.
Our 40cm x 35.5cm roasting tin is perfect for the largest of meat joints when you are feeding a big group. It is also great for large tray bakes of roasted vegetables, or batch cooking ovenbakes such as lasagne or mousakka.
Made from heavy gauge carbon steel and coated in a thick layer of enamel, the Heavy Gauge Enamel range offers exceptional durability and can be used on all hobs including induction, BBQ and even open fire.
With useful handles that makes it easier to remove the trays from a hot oven, the roasting tins are also fully stackable in all size combinations.
Lightly oil prior to use to aid food release.
Made from robust and sturdy stainless steel, the generously sized roasting rack will fit into most medium and large sized roasting tins to hold meats aloft for exceptional, efficient, all round roasting.
Juices and fats simply drain into a roasting tin below allowing for healthier cooking and features integral, easy-lift handles at each end.
Cleaning is easy and the rack dishwasher safe and oven safe to 260C.

User instructions
• Wash thoroughly before first use
• Enamel is not non-stick so grease lightly before each use
• Line with grease proof paper if recipe has a high sugar content
• Handle with care and avoid dropping as the tin is not suitable for use if chipped and should be discarded
• Do not use place in an oven that exceeds 260°C / 500°F
• Dry thoroughly before storing
• To remove residual food leave to soak and use a nylon scourer. Do not use metal scourers
• If using over a hob top or naked flame, please do not leave unattended
• Do not allow to boil dry
• Not microwave safe
