Our induction hob converter is a solid piece of stainless steel that sits directly on the hotplate of your induction cooker, and heats up with your hob, allowing you to use non-induction compatible cookware such as copper pots or stove top coffee makers.

Whilst we would always recommend replacing your cookware with induction compatible cookware to retain the energy efficiency benefits of induction cooking, you may like to keep using odd items in your kitchen such as family heirlooms or favourite specialist pieces, and this induction converter plate solves the problem.

Before using your induction hob converter:

Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before first use.

Using your induction hob converter:

Simply place the induction hob converter directly onto the hotplate of your induction cooker, add your pan on top and allow both to heat up gradually.

CAUTION:

Always take care when using the induction hob converter.

Always heat the induction hob converter gradually. Do not heat the converter without a placing a pan on top first.

The induction hob converter will get hot during use. Always allow the converter to cool completely before moving. The handle is designed to stay cool, but for safety please use a glove to remove from the hob.

Do not slide the converter acrosss glass top hobs as this may cause scratching. Place the converter plate on your hob gently. Scratched hobs are not covered by your guarantee.
