The service from the staff in the Procook shop was excellent. I wanted to buy some replacement saucepan lids as the handles keep coming loose and eventually snap on the kids we had, we have fixed them by putting new rivets in also the kids had gone cloudy. I didn't have my original receipt but the lady working there looked back and found our purchase and we were still within the guarantee period so she replaces them free if charge. The new lids are not as good as the old one and the handles get very hot in use, to remove them or drain the saucepan you have to use an oven glove. The new design is in my opinion quite dangerous.
