Professional X50 Micarta Knife Set 5 Piece and Magnetic Glass Block
Ergonomically designed for superior handling, the Professional X50 Micarta range combines our well-loved micarta handles with the finest German X50 steel blades.
Specially formulated to sit perfectly within your hand, our contoured, triple rivet micarta handles ensure superior comfort after even prolonged periods of use. Well-balanced, the knives in this exceptionally ergonomic range feature a rear bolster as well as a tapered front bolster to allow full length blade sharpening.
The composition of the steel we use in this range is referred to as X50CrMoV15 and denotes the use of 0.5% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 15% chrome for high corrosion resistance. Molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) also work to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. The collection has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2 ensuring durability and easy maintenance.
The ProCook Magnetic Glass and Oak Knife Block will be a stunning focal point in any kitchen and has been exclusively designed in house. Featuring beautiful oak wood and supported by two 8mm tempered glass sides it stands solid and stable.
The block can hold up to 8 knives dependant on the blade width, and has strong magnets set within the sides of the oak wood to securely hold them. To care for your knife block wipe with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe.
