King Prawn Stir Fry




Preparation method

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a non-stick wok.


Add a chopped onion and stir for 1 minute.


Add mixed sliced and chopped vegetables (bean sprouts, pack choi, pea shoots, green and red peppers or any favourite fresh vegetables you have to hand!) plus 1 finely chopped red chilli, 2 cloves crushed garlic and 2 tsp grated root ginger.


Continue to stir for 2 minutes then add 8 - 12 jumbo king prawns (allow 4 prawns per person) and continue to stir quickly until heated thoroughly. Add juice of half a lemon, a dash of soy sauce and a handful of chopped coriander leaves then serve immediately.
