Chilli Prawns with Linguine


2 garlic cloves, crushed

50g butter

1 red chilli, finely chopped

1 onion, chopped

225g tiger prawns, peeled

Juice of 1 lemon

Handful of parsley, chopped

Handful of coriander, chopped

Handful of dill, chopped

200g linguine

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Chilli Prawns with Linguine 

Preparation Method

Brown the garlic in the butter with the red chilli and onion.


Stir in the prawns, lemon juice, coriander, parsley and dill then mix.


Cook for 3-4 minutes then serve over the freshly cooked linguine with a dash of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.


Serves 2 as a main course or 4 as a starter.
