Classic Coleslaw

To be prepared using a ProCook Mandolin slicer.



¼ white cabbage

¼ red cabbage

1 small red onion

3 carrots

1 apple

Juice of 1 lemon

30g raisins

4-5 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation Method

Using the straight slicer blade plus the medium or fine julienne cutter shred the red cabbage, white cabbage and red onion.


Using the medium grater blade prepare the carrots and apple.


Mix the prepared vegetables in a bowl with the lemon juice, raisins and mayonnaise.


Ready to serve immediately.
