Stuffed Mushrooms

RECIPE for using ProCook Mandolin.


4 Portabello mushrooms (large)


Use the medium grater blade to grate approx. 100gr of hard goats cheese.


Add 80gr fresh white breadcrumbs and mix to a thick paste with olive oil plus a generous pinch of salt and pepper.


Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and stuff with the mixture.


Bake in a moderate oven for 20 mins until browned.
