I have been looking for a griddle for some time and was pleased to find this. I have used it more than 20 times, both outside on a BBQ, and on top of my gas hob. The griddle and I will now be inseparable. It is a quality product that I'm sure will last forever. Each time I use it the results get better and its so easy to clean.
