Saute Pans

Saute pans, or chef pans, are not to be confused with frying pans. Unlike a frying pan, a saute pan has vertical sides and comes with a lid, ideal for locking in moisture. Using a saute pan with lid when cooking certain dishes like curries and casseroles keeps your food from drying out or burning, making your meals much more tender and flavoursome.

Here at ProCook, we have a variety of saute pans. For chefs who prefer pans with a non stick coating, we have non stick saute pans to help keep your food from sticking to the pan as well as saute pans for induction hobs.
