ProCook Certified as a Disability Confident Employer 

ProCook is pleased to confirm its certification as a Disability Confident Employer by the Department for Work and Pensions' Disability Confident Scheme, which launched in the UK in 2016.

The scheme aims to help businesses recruit and retain high quality, skilled employees by drawing from the widest pool of talent, as well as encouraging fair working practices that protect those with disabilities and long-term health conditions.

In order to create an inclusive and welcoming working environment for its employees, ProCook has spent the past year focussing on disability awareness throughout the business through several initiatives including a revision of policies, educational opportunities and recruitment processes.

In addition to achieving Disability Confident status the company also received recognition of its inclusivity practices with a Gloucestershire Inclusive Employer Award by the Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Project.
