Highlands and Islands
Please add an extra day to the scheduled delivery service above if you live in remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey.
If you are not in to receive your order Royal Mail will always attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If these options are not available your parcel will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail depot where it will be held for 18 days for you to collect or re-arrange delivery for a better date. After this time it will be returned to us.
If you do not wish to have your ProCook parcel delivered to a neighbour or safe place please contact Royal Mail directly on 0345 774 0740 or visit your local depot.
You'll receive an email or text message with your Pickup Pass and details of your chosen Pickup shop, with the shop's address and opening times. Please ensure you have your Pickup Pass and some Photo ID with you in order to pick up your parcel. If you aren't able to take your Pickup Pass either printed or on your smartphone, you'll need 2 forms of ID - your passport or driving licence and a utility bill.
