Christmas and Black Friday Delivery
The Christmas and New Year period is incredibly busy, so our couriers may take longer than usual to deliver your order. Please be patient during this busy time.

We will advise you when you place your order of the expected delivery date, and you will receive a confirmation text from our courier, DPD, when it's out for delivery.

For urgent orders, please allow for delays due to high-demand and the increased volume of orders across the UK.

Next Day Delivery by DPD

To offer our customers the best possible service we have partnered with DPD to offer Next Day Delivery on all orders. Due to Covid-19, we have taken the steps to ensure that delivery is contact-free. Customers will not be asked to sign for parcels on handheld units. For a full update on how we are responding to Covid-19 please read our service update here

Please note that for next day delivery your order must fit the following criteria:

  • The order is placed by 7pm
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address
  • All items are in-stock and available
  • If order includes knives, your age has been verified

DPD Pickup

You'll receive an email or text message with your Pickup Pass and details of your chosen pickup shop, with the shop's address and opening times. Please ensure you have your Pickup Pass and some Photo ID with you in order to pick up your parcel. If you aren't able to take your Pickup Pass either printed or on your smartphone, you'll need 2 forms of ID - your passport or driving licence and a utility bill.

Highlands and Islands

Please add an extra day to scheduled delivery service above if you live in remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey.

International delivery

We offer delivery to a huge range of international locations. Shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the order so it is best to contact our Customer Service Team via care@procook.co.uk or 0330 100 1010.
