If you prefer your eggs sunny side up, you’ll love our air fryer fried eggs recipe. Not only is air frying healthier than frying in the skillet or pan, but there’s less clean up afterwards – perfect for a quick breakfast before work or a relaxed weekend brunch.
Enjoy runny yolks on toast, with avocado or a side of bacon. Our air fryer fried eggs are no-fuss but all the flavour and a great way to start your day.

Ingredients
2 large eggs
Cooking spray or oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Utensils
Small, non-stick cake tins or ramekins (approximately 4 inches)
What you'll need...
Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 190C.
2. Spray the cake tins with cooking spray and crack an egg in each tin.
3. Place the tins in the air fryer and close the lid. Cook for 3 minutes until most of the white has set. Lower the heat to 170C and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until the whites are fully set but the yolks are still runny.
4. Remove and serve with the rest of your breakfast. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
