What you'll need...

  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190C.

  2. Spray the cake tins with cooking spray and crack an egg in each tin.

  3. Place the tins in the air fryer and close the lid. Cook for 3 minutes until most of the white has set. Lower the heat to 170C and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until the whites are fully set but the yolks are still runny.

  4. Remove and serve with the rest of your breakfast. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
