Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
6 spring onions

What you'll need...
Method
1. Combine the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat for the sauce to thicken. Once thickened, remove from the heat and pour into a container large enough to fit the salmon fillets to cool off. Cool in the fridge uncovered for 5 minutes until it’s room temperature.
2. Place salmon fillets into the container with the sauce and marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
3. Once marinated, place the salmon into the air fryer basket skin side down and brush a thin layer of teriyaki sauce on top. If there’s room, place the spring onions in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 200C for 5-9 minutes until fully cooked.
4. Remove from the air fryer and serve with sticky rice and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
