Take the beloved espresso martini and make it extra special by adding Baileys Irish Cream. Our Baileys espresso martini is quick and easy to make, but absolutely delicious and a wonderful treat to enjoy post-dinner. This indulgent cocktail is great all year round but extra tasty around Christmas and New Year.

Serves 1
Ingredients
50ml Baileys Irish Cream, or Baileys Almande for a dairy-free alternative
25ml vodka
25ml espresso
Handful of ice cubes
Coffee beans, for garnish
Utensils
Cocktail shaker
Strainer
Jigger
Martini glass or cocktail glass
What you'll need...
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients and shake.
2. Strain into a martini or cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with coffee beans
4. Sip and enjoy!
