Terms & Conditions

To enter, simply head over to our Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, find the competition post and follow the instructions. Good luck!

1. Promoter
• This giveaway is promoted by ProCook Ltd (Company number 06639057). The registered address is ProCook, 10 Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ.

2. Eligibility
• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and 18 years or older.
• Employees, family members, agents of ProCook or any associated partner brand, or anyone connected with the administration of this giveaway, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
• Entry opens upon posting of the competition post.
• Entry closes at the time and on the date specified on the competition post as released on social media. Entries submitted after this time are invalid.

4. How to Enter
• To enter: go to the relevant competition post and follow the instructions in the post (e.g. follow, like, comment, tag etc.).
• The posts across all social media and marketing channels form part of the same giveaway. There is one prize bundle and one winner will be selected from all valid entries received across all platforms combined.
• Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or submitted via agents or third parties are invalid.
• No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

5. Prize
• The winner of the competition will receive the prize items or bundle as set out on the competition post on social media.
• No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ProCook reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or similar value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. Lost/Invalid Entries & Ownership
• ProCook are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted. Proof of postage or sending is not proof of receipt.
• Entries submitted by automated means, via third parties or agents, or in bulk are invalid.
• By entering, you agree that any information, data or content you provide may be used by ProCook in connection with this promotion or other similar marketing activities.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 3 days of closing date.
• ProCook will contact the winner via direct message from the official ProCook social media account (@procookuk) used to run the competition.
• ProCook may also tag the winner in a comment on the competition post and pin the comment, and may share the winner announcement via ProCook Stories, where the winner's account settings allow.
• Winner must respond and claim their prize within 5 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed in that time, ProCook reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.

8. Delivery of Prize
• Prize will be delivered to a UK address only.
• Winner must provide full name, postal address, email address and phone number (for delivery) and date of birth (for age restricted items).

9. Announcing Winner & Publicity
• Winner’s name and county will be made available on request by emailing socialteam@procook.co.uk with the subject “Competition Winner”.
• If the winner does not want their name & county published, they must notify ProCook accordingly. Please note we are required to make the winner’s details available to the ASA if requested.

10. Personal Data
• By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data by ProCook for the purposes of administering this giveaway and delivering the prize, and for any publicity connected with this giveaway.
• Data will be processed in accordance with ProCook’s Privacy Policy.

11. Disqualification
• ProCook reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• does not comply with these rules;
• acts fraudulently or unfairly;
• tampers with the entry process; or
• otherwise behaves in a way ProCook deems inappropriate.

12. Changes, Cancellation & Substitute Prizes
• ProCook may cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway if necessary, due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Any changes to these Terms will be notified to entrants (e.g. via the same platform(s) used for the competition).

13. Platform Disclaimers
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media channels.
• Entrants agree to abide by the platform rules.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
