Air fryer jacket potato

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Add your own toppings for a delicious lunch!

Whether you enjoy cheesy beans on your baked potatoes or a dollop of sour cream, spring onions and a sprinkle of paprika, our air fryer jacket potato recipe is easy to follow and cooks them to perfection in no time.

What you'll need...

  • 1 baking potato
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Your choice of toppings

Method

  1. Use a fork or skewer to poke holes into the potato. 

  2. Take the olive oil and rub it into the potato. Once covered, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

  3. Place into the air fryer basket and cook at 200C for 45 minutes. Remember to turn over the baked potato halfway through to ensure an even crisp. 

  4. Check whether the potato is fully cooked by poking a skewer through. Cut open, top to bottom, and load with your favourite toppings.
