What you'll need...

  • 125g streaky bacon, each rasher cut into 2
  • 250g mini pork sausages
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey, loosened

Method

  1. Wrap each sausage in half a piece of bacon, ensuring the ends meet to keep it tightly in place.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the honey and mustard. Add the bacon wrapped sausages, gently turning them in the mix. Once coated, place the sausage in your air fryer. We use a metal rack and our Electric Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer.

  3. Cook at 170C for 12-15 mins, until golden and sizzling. Serve as a side dish alongside you roast dinner or Christmas lunch!
