What you'll need...

  • 1kg Maris Piper or Agria potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or sunflower oil)

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Make sure the pieces are not too big or too small. 

  2. Boil water in a saucepan and steam the potatoes for 5 minutes in a steamer insert. 

  3. Tip the well-drained potatoes into the bottom of the air fryer grill. Add the oil and toss, ensuring every potato is well-coated. 

  1. Set to the ‘Air Fryer’ setting once pre-heated, cook at 190C for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes if not brown or tender enough. Use the paddle. 

  2. Remove, season well and serve.
