No roast dinner or Christmas lunch is complete without deliciously crisp and golden Yorkshire puddings.

Our air fryer Yorkshire puddings only require 5 ingredients, making them quick and simple to make. Pop the batter in your air fryer and leave them to cook until golden brown. Our air fryer Yorkshire puddings are super tasty and convenient for Christmas Day when you may want to save on oven space for the turkey.

What you'll need...

  • 2 large eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 75g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Leave to rest in the fridge for 30 mins. 

  2. Grease the silicone muffin liners with a dash of oil, making sure to brush to around the edges. Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins at 200C. 

  3. Once preheated, fill each liner 2/3 full with the pudding mix and bake for 8-10 mins. Carefully flip the puddings over in the their liners and bake for a further 5 mins to crisp up the bases. Serve immediately!
