Our green smoothie is full of high nutritional value and incredibly tasty, made from kale, kiwi, apples and matcha powder. We’ve used coconut milk to make it dairy-free.

Packed full of vitamins, mineral and antioxidants, this green smoothie is vegan and super delicious, making it perfect for breakfast. Enjoy at home or take on the go.

What you'll need...

  • 2 large handfuls of kale
  • 2 green apples, cored and peeled
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1-2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • Coconut water

Method

  1. Core the apples and peel them along with the kiwis.  

  2. Add the fruit, matcha powder and coconut milk to the blender and blend on a low speed while adding coconut water until you reach your desired consistency. 

  3. If needed, turn up the power. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
