Welcome in the warmer months with homemade strawberry ice lollies. Not only are they simple to make, but if you have leftover strawberries from strawberry picking, this is a handy way to use up any reserves. Our strawberry ice lollies are creamy and refreshing, made from coconut milk and fresh strawberries – a perfect summer treat!

What you'll need...

  • 400ml coconut milk, tinned, full fat
  • 400g strawberries, hulled
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Pour the now blended liquid into ice lolly moulds and freeze for 6 hours or until set.

  3. When the craving for a strawberry ice lolly appears, run the ice lolly mould under a hot tap to release if necessary. Enjoy and feel refreshed!
