Cast iron griddle pans


Cooking on cast iron griddle pans is perfect for searing fish, meat, vegetables and potatoes because of their incredible heat retention, heat distribution and natural non-stick surface when properly seasoned. This steady yet intense heat produced from a cast iron griddle helps produce a crisp, caramelised crust as well as the beloved chargrilled flavour associated with barbecuing and griddling.


Choose from flat or ridged griddles depending on preference and the results you’re after. For example, a flat griddle is ideal for cooking foods like pancakes, eggs, smash burgers and bacon because it creates an even crust, whereas a ridged griddle is best for sausages, steaks, thick burgers, halloumi and chunky vegetables as it allows fat to drip away from the food while creating charred grill lines. We also have a selection of cast iron skillets that are ideal for cooking and caramelising over a high heat.
