Tried this out a couple of times now in the last week. Really good and sturdy product. I particularly like the feature that allows you to suction the chopper to the worktop. This is definitely needed when you get a bigger spud. Although, I decided to cut the bigger potatoes in half so it made it a bit easier to push them through. They start off quite hard to push then all of a sudden they go with a jolt. So I have made sure to keep my hand flat on top of the pushing handle so as not catch any fingers. I have been very impressed with the chips that come out. The uniformity of the chips means they come out great when I put them in my air fryer. Big thing really though is the time saving! It would take me ages to cut fries like this. In a matter of a minute or so I have a load of perfectly shaped fries.

Helpful tip

Sometimes it helps to spray a little cooking oil on the blades to lubricate before use. Harder varieties such as sweet potatoes should be par boiled for 10 minutes prior.
