Made from beautiful beech wood, this chopping board features a central rectangular ring composed of 4 stainless steel spikes that has been designed to hold meat securely whilst you carve. The board also benefits from an integral groove which catches any excess bits and juices, keeping your work surfaces tidy.
Multifunctional, this high-quality board can be used to complete all of your roast prep, simply flip the board over to leave a smooth surface perfect for chopping and slicing.
Oil the beech board with either vegetable, olive, rapeseed, walnut or Danish oil before first use and keep clean by simply wiping over. Re-oil when needed to preserve and enrich the wood.
Not suitable for being submerged in water or being used in the dishwasher.
