Easy

Air fryer poached eggs are a new and amazing way to cook and enjoy your eggs.

Achieving the runny yolk can be challenging for some. However, using your air fryer to poach eggs can be a fantastic alternative that yields tasty results. Plus, by cooking multiple at once, you no longer need to stand over the stove and poach the eggs one after another.

What you'll need...

  • 4 eggs
  • Hot water, 3 tbsp per egg
  • Olive oil, for greasing the ramekins

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180C.

  2. Lightly grease or spray each ramekin with olive oil.

  3. Add the hot water to each ramekin and crack an egg into the water.

  1. Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and air fry for 6-8 minutes or until the yolk reaches your desired doneness.

  2. Once cooked, remove the ramekins and use a rubber spatula to carefully slide the egg from the ramekins.

  3. Place on your dish (we really enjoy poached eggs on smoked salmon and toast!) and season with salt and pepper before tucking in.
