Cool off and get your caffeine kick with our refreshing iced latte recipe.

Only a handful of ingredients is needed for this super easy yet utterly delicious iced coffee recipe - espresso, ice, sugar and your choice of milk. Perfect during long, summer days when you need to cool off but still need a cup of coffee. Make it extra scrumptious by adding a flavoured shot - an easy way to turn this normal latte into an iced caramel latte!

What you'll need...

  • 1 – 2 60ml espresso shots
  • 2 tsp sugar, maple syrup or honey
  • 100ml dairy or plant-based milk
  • Handful of ice

Method

  1. Make your espresso shots and mix with the sugar, honey or maple syrup until dissolved. 

  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the sweetened coffee mix and stir. 

  3. Add the milk to the Milk Frother and Hot Chocolate Maker and use the cold milk setting for cool, frothed milk. 

  4. Pour over the milk and stir until combined. If you can't create cold, frothy milk, then pour over mill taken straight from the fridge. Sip and enjoy!
