An easy yet filling breakfast that can be enjoyed on busy mornings. Adapt our recipe for easy overnight oats for the perfect healthy breakfast or brunch.

Our overnight oats recipe is simple but nutritious. Add dried fruit, nuts and seeds, or top with fresh fruit. For added indulgence, you can add a dollop of peanut butter or chocolate spread. These overnight oats are sure to keep you full throughout the morning.

What you'll need...

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt (use coconut to make it vegan)
  • 150ml oat milk (or use your milk of choice)
  • Your choice of fresh fruit

Method

  1. Combine all your chosen ingredients in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours. 

  2. Serve with your favourite fresh fruit, nuts and seeds for a delicious, energy boosting breakfast! Remember, you can customise your overnight oats how you wish.
