Over the past year the ProCook customer service function has achieved industry-leading first-contact resolution rates of 94%, fed customer insights directly into product development to enhance satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation, and maintained a consistently strong Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, reflecting exceptional customer satisfaction.

Receiving this prestigious award is a proud moment for ProCook and a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of every member of the customer service team at the company’s Gloucestershire store support centre.
