Air fryer steak

Enjoy perfectly cooked steak every time with our air fryer steak recipe. Perfectly seared and tender on the inside.

Cook steaks to perfection with our air fryer steak recipe. Easy, quick, and able to cook to your desired doneness, our air fryer steak is seared on the outside yet juicy on the inside. Serve with roasted veggies, chunky chips and your favourite sauce for a truly delicious mid-week or weekend dinner.

What you'll need...

  • 2 sirloin steaks, ideally 4 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer health grill to 200C. 

  2. Rub oil, salt and pepper on the steaks, ensuring even coverage. 

  3. Air fry the steaks for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. 

  4. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
